    **Sales Manager - Mangalore Region**

    We are revolutionizing classroom engagement and assessments with Class Saathi, an AI-powered smart learning solution. Trusted by 10,000+ classrooms across India, Class Saathi enhances student participation, streamlines assessments, and provides real-time insights to teachers and administrators.

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive the adoption of Class Saathi in schools, coaching centers, and colleges in the Mangalore region. If you're passionate about EdTech and have strong relationships in the education sector, we'd love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, engage, and onboard schools, coaching centers, and colleges to implement Class Saathi.
    • Develop relationships with key decision-makers such as school principals, directors, and education heads to drive sales and partnerships.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on education policies, trends, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
    • Represent TagHive at industry events, conferences, and forums to expand the brand's reach.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales or business development, preferably with strong contacts in the education sector.
    • Proven track record of lead generation, sales conversions, and revenue growth in EdTech or related industries.
    • Strong network and relationships with educational institutions in Mangalore.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Kannada & English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
    • Pasionate about technology in education and improving learning outcomes.
