    We are hiring for the role of ICS - International Customer Support. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to provide excellent customer service to our international clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and maintaining a strong customer relationship. The candidate should have good English communication skills and be proficient in telecalling and cold calling. Sound knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools will be an added advantage.
