The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS UNDER
:

Ø Responsible for managing 2-3 sitesØ Planning & scheduling activities for teams of respective sites.Ø Maintaining proper work ethics on sites under his preview and reviewing team performances and appraising management.Ø Attending weekly meetings on all sites under his review.Ø Ensuring clients are appraised with Data in a timely manner to prevent any escalations.Ø Strongly coordinating with procurement team to ensure the Pos are issued in a timely manner.Ø Close coordination with site team to ensure there is smooth progress on site.Ø Coordinating with vendors and ensuring the work is executed in quality and within the given timeframe.Ø Timely escalation to senior management for preventing any issues that can delay the site.Ø Submitting weekly reports for all the sites under his review.Ø Preparing MIS reports and sharing with Management for reeving site statuses every week/fortnight.Ø Ensuring cost control of vendors and preventing any cost escalations.Ø Keeping a strong hold on billing process so that vendors don't do wrong billing.Ø Client Billing incase required will be routed through him.

EXPERIENCE
:

At least 7-8 years of project management


REQUISITES
:

Knowledge of MS office is must and preferable required knowing of basic AutoCAD
