Skills required-
Knowledge of general insurance non-motor products
Good communication skills
Good with Relationship Management Skills
Experience- Sound knowledge with 5- 10 yrs of experience of managing broker and corporate relationships and should carry experience in the field of non-motor product sales in General Insurance industry.
Job Description-
Management of broking and direct corporate relationships for sourcing business.
Preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance.
To generate new business in the field of non-motor Insurance.
Identify fresh business opportunities and develop new strategies in order to target new and un-approached segments.
Keep track of new trends and Competitors.
Establishing direct contact with the Corporate Finance/Insurance team to ensure that our products are well presented to their needs. (Note : This implies that he/she will be the key account manager, i.e. An individual contributor role)
Generate business from the new accounts and achieving profitability and continuous incremental.
To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire the business by establishing and positioning the Chola MS brand/products.
Person expected to have a high degree of credibility in the commercial line of insurance business.
