    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while representing a reputable brand in the extrusion machinery industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospect and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
    2. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients.
    3. Present and demonstrate Plastivo Extrusions' products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
    5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of each client.
    6. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
    7. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and fulfillment of customer requirements.
    8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    9. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector.
    2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    3. Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively address objections and close deals.
    5. Familiarity with extrusion machinery, screw barrels, and related equipment is a plus.
    6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a focus on results and performance.
    7. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

    Compensation: This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. The Sales Agent will receive a competitive commission on each successful sale, with the opportunity for bonuses based on performance.
