As a Seller Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting sellers in managing their accounts and resolving any issues they may encounter. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist sellers in managing their accounts on various platforms, such as e-commerce websites or online marketplaces.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by sellers regarding their accounts, products, or transactions.
    • Provide guidance and support to sellers in optimizing their product listings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts.
    • Ensure sellers comply with platform policies, guidelines, and standards.
    • Monitor seller performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address seller-related challenges and drive business growth.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in seller support.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve seller satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of seller support processes and tools.
