    The role of

    CPQ Senior Developer

    is to

    build and customize


    the end to end CPQ solution focused on following the overall technical architecture, providing technical design support to the team within the context of strategic architecture established by the separate enterprise architecture function and group guidelines and policies such as security.

    This role will be focused on the application of appropriate technologies, architecture patterns and best practices to the team's deliverables to ensure they are performant, sustainable and deliver value to our internal customers.

    The role is within a globally distributed team and the ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, a self-starter, a champion for the team, and passionate about delivering quality solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Define, build and support CPQ features and customizationsPerform gap analysis between current and desired solution states in terms of technical capabilities and effort to aid planning.

    Responsible for the technical standards/architecture of the solutions that they deliver to ensure they are consistent across back-end and front-end teams.

    Re-designing or supporting the redesign of existing product lines to improve modularity and suitability for CTO implementationPerform impact analysis and create technical designs based on Functional RequirementsTraining colleagues throughout the organization to develop and maintain configuration and design automation systems and to assist in driving modular design principles throughout the groupThoroughly documenting design, system architecture and automation systems to ensure clarity for future users and system ownersPerform Code Optimization, Perform impact analysis and create technical designs based on Functional RequirementsEngagement with IS&T and Engineering Systems to ensure that IT infrastructure, particularly PDM, ERP and CRM integration architecture is fit for purposeAssisting in the creation of work procedures and guidelines to support the independent development of future CPQ/DA systemsProvide guidance, mentorship to the team and improve productivity of the team.

    Identify opportunities for operational improvements in processes and systems to enhance team performanceLeads and coordinates with team members to deliver specified, measurable deliverablesAccountable for the agreed team's KPIs and ensure committed business outcomes are delivered on time and within cost from the teamSafety First:

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:


    Must have Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with at least 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Must to have experience in multiple CPQ (Configure to Order) implementations as a CPQ Developer role in custom or industry-standard applications is a mustMust have experience in enterprise level implementation of CPQ tools like Tacton, Epicor, Conga or similar is a mustMust have Integration experience with products like Salesforce ecosystem, middleware, PIM, SAP, PLMShould have experience in low-code/no-code toolsShould have experience with SDLC, Agile project management methodologies.

    Should have good knowledge of coding standards.

    Should have experience in implementing .NET C# web solutions and scripting languages like JavaScript is requiredShould have in-depth experience of designing and implementing cloud based information systems, preferably in a digital environment, implementing identity and access management systems and integrating in to end to end digital experiencesShould have experience in Sonarcube kind of tools and DevOpsShould have Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, technical acumen, excellent communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideasShould have enough technical proficiency to successfully partner with the technical teams for building & validating the solutions.

    Preferable to possess strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
