    Job Description

    The Head of Marketing will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes brand growth and recognition. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for brand marketing, acquisition and retention of users and all these functions will report into him.

    This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and leadership skills to drive marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building brands within the digital/OTT/media landscape and possess a deep understanding of our target market.

    What would you do?

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision.
  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Display Ads, Video Ads, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Visual Merchandizing, and Personalization to meet growth objectives
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing campaigns across channels
  • Audience Engagement: Drive viewer engagement through interactive content, recommendations, personalization, and audience feedback mechanisms
  • Promotion: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to highlight new content releases, specials, and unique features on the platform
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
  • Personalization: Implement and refine personalization strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement
  • Visual Merchandising: Develop strategies to enhance product presentation and merchandising to maximize engagement
  • A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for various channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Reporting: Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance to company leadership
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and incorporate them into marketing operations.


  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of success in managing and optimizing marketing channels
  • Proficiency in content marketing, digital marketing with deep knowledge of marketing channels
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the digital, OTT, or media industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regional market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and embrace innovative approaches to marketing.
