Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our team to develop a Sales Team mobile application for Live Tracking of field employees. This would greatly enhance operational efficiency and improve real-time coordination of the sales team. The core function of this application would be to enable Live Tracking of field employees using Google Maps APIs and ensure robust functionality across various network conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a mobile application using React Native.
• Implement Tracking features using Google Maps APIs to display maps with journey paths marked with directional arrows.
• Ensure accurate Geo-location tracking at specified intervals, even in battery saver mode.
• Handle loss of network connectivity or airplane mode by implementing effective fallback mechanisms that trigger alerts to the backend system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile and Live Tracking technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a React Native Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with React Native framework and its core principles such as components, reusability, and state management.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, specifically Google Maps and Geo-location services.
• Knowledge of mobile app development life cycle, and experience with performance and memory tuning tools.
• Strong understanding of handling various mobile device capabilities such as GPS, battery optimization, and data connectivity toggles (e.g., airplane mode).
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Financial Package:

• Rs Lakhs per annum, contingent on work experience.
