    As a Senior Recruiter at Mazenet Solution, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and attracting the best IT professionals in the industry. Your expertise in IT recruitment will be instrumental in helping us build a talented team that's ready to tackle any challenge.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Source, screen, and interview IT candidates to assess their skills and fit for various roles.

    Lead and motivate a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.

    Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

    Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes.

    Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a focus on IT recruitment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

    Proven experience in client-facing roles & IT recruitment minimum of 4 to 5 years, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.

    Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals.

    Energetic and driven, with a passion for making an impact and driving success.

    Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.

    Deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, including but not limited to software development, cybersecurity, data science, and IT infrastructure.

    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
