    Job Title: Food & Beverage TrainingManagerJobSummary:The Food & Beverage TrainingManager is responsible for developing implementing and managingcomprehensive training programs for the food and beverage staffwithin an organization. This role involves designing and deliveringtraining initiatives to enhance the skills knowledge and servicestandards of the F&B team. The Training Managercollaborates with various departments to ensure consistency inservice compliance with industry standards and the achievement oforganizational goals.KeyResponsibilities:
    1. TrainingProgramDevelopment:
    • Designdevelop and implement training programs for food and beverage staffincluding servers bartenders kitchen staff and other relevantpositions.
    • Create training materials manualsand resources to support learningobjectives.
    • Customize training programs basedon the specific needs and goals of theorganization.
    1. OnboardingandOrientation:
    • Facilitateorientation sessions for new F&B employees ensuring asmooth and comprehensive onboardingprocess.
    • Introduce employees to companypolicies standards andexpectations.
    1. SkillsEnhancement:
    • Conductregular training sessions to improve the technical skills productknowledge and customer service abilities of F&Bstaff.
    • Collaborate with chefs sommeliers andother subject matter experts to deliver specializedtraining.
    1. ServiceStandards:
    • Developand enforce service standards to ensure consistent and highqualitycustomer experiences.
    • Monitor and evaluateservice levels providing feedback and coaching to staff asneeded.
    1. ComplianceandSafety:
    • Stayabreast of industry regulations and standards related to foodsafety health and sanitation.
    • Incorporatecompliance training into programs and ensure staff adherence torelevantregulations.
    1. PerformanceEvaluation:
    • Implementperformance assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness oftraining programs.
    • Conduct periodic assessmentsof F&B staff to identify areas for improvement andadditional trainingneeds.
    1. TechnologyIntegration:
    • Incorporatetechnology and elearning tools into training programs to enhanceengagement and efficiency.
    • Stay updated on newtraining technologies andmethodologies.
    1. CommunicationandCollaboration:
    • Collaboratewith F&B management HR and other departments to aligntraining programs with organizationalgoals.
    • Communicate effectively with staff topromote a positive learning environment and address anyconcerns.
    1. Feedbackand ContinuousImprovement:
    • Collectfeedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improvetraining programs.
    • Stay informed about industrytrends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of traininginitiatives.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in food and beverageservice with a focus on training anddevelopment.
    • Strong knowledge of industrystandards regulations and bestpractices.
    • Excellent communication presentationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapttraining programs to diverse audiences and learningstyles.
    • Familiarity with learning managementsystems and trainingtechnologies.
