    What You'll Need:

    • 6+ years experience in JAVA with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in creating delivery plans and delivering high-quality deliverables to clients.
    • Experienced in mentoring new team members and providing technical and functional guidance on OMS, SIF, POS.
    • Strong knowledge in Java, Spring Boot with microservices architecture, Rest API development, Kibana, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Postman, Java template engines such as Freemarker and Velocity.
    • Familiarity with source code control systems like Git/GitHub or Bitbucket (or equivalent) and the Pull Request process.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team-based work.
    • Coordination with onsite teams for Functional/Technical discussions and collaboration with offshore teams for implementation support.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Leading a team of enthusiastic developers to deliver high-quality solutions to customer business problems.

    What You'll Do:

    • Engage in software development throughout the product lifecycle, including design, creation of technical design specifications, coding, testing, issue analysis, and resolution
    • Estimate business requirements, enhancements, and prepare technical designs
    • Develop high-availability and performance-optimized solutions using Microservices and other cloud technologies
    • Prepare solution versions and release software components to Staging/Production Environment
    • Proficiency in unit testing of microservices, code review, code quality tools, and performance issue analysis.
      • Provide project status updates to key stakeholders.
