    In this role, you will

    • Serve as a subject-matter expert for CareMonitor clinical product, helping to sustain the current customer base.
    • Conduct co-designing and discovery sessions with customersl
    • Work with Product Management to document standard and edge-case user workflows, custom configurations and interfaces, and system functionality.
    • Work with engineering to document underlying algorithms in CareMonitor.
    • Write user stories and manage priorities with the engineering team.
    • Provide input into prioritization for multiple sprints.
    • Collaborate with Solutions Management and Product Management to define and execute product releases.
    • Help move interfaces under code control.
    • Assist in ideation for new functionality and interfaces as new customer requirements are identified.
    • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional team members and management.
    • Assist in developing user acceptance criteria and QA test plans.
    • Conduct data mapping and validation.
    • Create release notes and communicate with CareMonitor users.

    What does it take to be at CareMonitor?

    • 5-7 years working with healthcare informatics products
    • Tertiary qualifications (preferably in a technical/clinical field), we will consider other degrees depending on relevant experience.
    • Possess technical aptitude, a passion for users, analytical ability and the capacity for synthesizing disparate information into actionable plans
    • Experience working with SaaS products desirable
    • Integration expertise using HL7, FHIR, EDI, and Flat Files desirable
    • Demonstrable ability to work to deadlines and balancing competing needs
    • You possess strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in delivering projects from analysis phase through to implementation phase
    • Experience working in an iterative fashion, following an agile development framework
