Job Title : Content Development Lead (Agency Channel)
Reports to : Head Sales Training Delivery
Experience : 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Content Development within Life Insurance domain. Candidates with strong exposure in the Agency Channel is a must & needs to be an expert in MS Power Point & Digital Tools for Content Creation.
Job Purpose : To be responsible for managing Content for learning needs & per Learning Road Map Strategy & need based requirements, within timelines, Budget & Quality. This is a Single Contributor Role
Key Responsibilities :
Content Development for E - Learning, ILT & VILT
Micro & Byte Size Learning Modules for effective retention of Knowledge
Drive Technology adoption in Sales Team & all Learners
Analysis on Products, Processes, publishing insights to Sales Team
Lead Sales Training E Learning Transformation Projects in the Organization
Creating Value Proposition for Stakeholders in Business in mapped Vertical / Channel
Liaison with Corporate Office and other Functions Team to create Learning Curriculums
Promote & Drive use of technology including e-learning platforms.
Key Accountabilities :
Content Development & Learning Management System Administration
MIS and Reports
Key Relationships: Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, Training & Vertical Lead & Head STD
