    Rolesand Responsibility

    Lead the land acquisition process for renewable energyprojects including conducting due diligence negotiating landpurchase agreements and resolving land title issues.

    Stay abreast of relevant laws regulations and zoningordinances related to land use real estate and environmentalregulations. Ensure compliance with all legal requirementsthroughout the land acquisition and development process.

    Oversee title investigations and resolve any title defectsor discrepancies. Coordinate with external legal counsel surveyorsand land agencies to ensure clear and marketable title for projectsites.

    Draft review and negotiate various legalagreements related to land acquisition leasing easements andrightofway agreements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders andexternal parties to secure favorable terms and protect the companysinterests.

    Manage landrelated disputeslitigation and claims. Implement effective strategies to resolvedisputes in a timely and costeffective manner while minimizinglegal risks and preserving business relationships.

    Identify and assess legal risks associated with landacquisition and development activities. Develop risk mitigationstrategies and provide proactive legal advice to internalstakeholders.

    Provide legal support and guidanceto project development teams throughout the project lifecycle fromsite selection and feasibility analysis to construction andoperation.

    Build and maintain positiverelationships with landowners government authorities regulatoryagencies and other external stakeholders. Represent the company innegotiations and meetings with landowners and communityrepresentatives.
