    Job Purpose:

    The purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to be the single point of contact for the target clientele of Aabee, for planning and fulfilling their travel needs.

    In this role, you will be responsible for co-creating itineraries with the client and taking end-to-end accountability for their visa requirements, hotel & travel bookings, event bookings, local transfer arrangements etc., in collaboration with various internal departments.

    The focus is on delivering exceptional services for the client.

    Job Location- Gurugram, Haryana

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Management:

    1. Acting as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring an effective service starting from the initial query stage till trip completion.
    2. Cultivating strong client relationships and developing an understanding of their preferences to provide personalized travel solutions.
    3. Ensuring every step of the travel process including itinerary planning, ticketing & visa arrangements, hotel reservations, events & experiences booking and local transport booking is done on time and taking into consideration the requests made by the client.
    4. Resolving all client queries and issues before and during the trip.

    Customized Itinerary Planning:

    1. Curating personalized travel plans keeping the client's needs in mind.
    2. Collaborating internally to create and deliver on customized itineraries that cause client delight.
    3. Advising clients on bespoke experiences that can be woven into the itinerary to make the travel experience more satisfactory.

    Required qualifications and skills:

    1. A minimum of 7 years of work experience in luxury services, preferably in the travel industry.
    2. Demonstrated success in managing HNI/UHNI clients and delivering outstanding service.
    3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
