- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer details through open and

- Update all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,
- complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of issues and Good

- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer's requirements
- and suggesting the right product. If required the will work with the internal
- management to meet customer satisfaction.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
- follow up to ensure resolution.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments
- for further investigation.
- Need to achieve individual AHT, login hours, production hours, and quality score targets on monthly
- basis.
- Need to be on regular follow-up calls with customers for the complaints up to customer satisfaction.
- Planning
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Explain to customers about new products and benefits and build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses. Report on Target Vs Achievement for the previous month or week and the status of action items from weekly/monthly reviews Plan for the current month with suggestions and guidelines from the team lead.
