- You will be responsible for visiting the site post completion and check the vendor bills in detail
- You will be responsible for validating the vendor bill as per the pre-decided rates
- You will be responsible for generating bill for the client post validation
- You will be responsible to highlight quality issues found at site and correspondingly penalise the vendor
- You will be responsible for certifying the vendor invoices and forwarding the same to Finance Team for processing
- Coordinate with internal teams and take approval from Business head before closing vendor values
- Obtaining no dues certifications and commercially closing the project
- You are a billing professional with minimum 7 Years of experience in building construction industry
- You have relevant experience of working in interior fit-out projects
- You have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- You have in-depth knowledge of working on excel and Auto CAD
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction
- You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
