Job Title: Lead Digital Analyst
Years of Experience: 5+ years
Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using
QlikSense and Power BI to enable business stakeholders to gain valuable insights
from large and diverse datasets.
Implement and manage Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate and efficient tracking
of website and app analytics data.
Configure and maintain Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website and app
performance, user behavior, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify
key metrics, and develop analytical solutions to address complex business challenges.
Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and
other sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide actionable
insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Perform data exploration, data cleaning, and transformation to ensure data quality and
accuracy.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights and conduct statistical
analyses as needed.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, gather
requirements, and translate them into effective data visualizations and reports.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics,
visualization, and reporting tools.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices, and
fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics,
Computer Science, or related disciplines. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience of 5 years as a Digital Analytics or Data Analyst or similar role,
with a focus on data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Expertise in QlikSense and Power BI, including the ability to design and develop
complex dashboards and reports.
Should have experience in working with web analytics such as Google Analytics.
Should be experienced in Google Analytics, Amplitude or Omniture or Mixpanel.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including implementation,
configuration, and data analysis.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in data wrangling and data
cleaning techniques.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey
complex information to non-technical executive leadership.
Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior team members is a must.
