    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Telecaller witha minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the Advertising Agencyindustry. The ideal candidate should possess excellentcommunication skills a strong understanding of advertising andmarketing concepts and a track record of successful clientinteractions. Additionally candidates must have their own databasefor callingpurposes.

    Tasks

    1. OutboundCalling: Initiate outbound calls to potentialclients within the provided database to promote our advertisingservices and generateleads.
    2. ClientEngagement: Engage with clients effectivelyunderstanding their advertising needs and providing informationabout our agencysservices.
    3. DatabaseManagement: Utilize and manage your own database forcalling ensuring accuracy and relevance to the advertisingindustry.
    4. Followup:Conduct timely followup calls to nurture leads and maintain apositive relationship with potentialclients.
    5. AchieveTargets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targetsfor lead generation appointments andconversions.
    6. ProductKnowledge: Stay updated on the latest advertisingtrends industry developments and our agencys service offerings toeffectively communicate withclients.
    7. Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications andinteractions with clients in the CRMsystem.
    8. FeedbackLoop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales andmarketing teams based on client interactions to enhance ourservices andstrategies.

    Requirements

    1. Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in an AdvertisingAgency.
    2. CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal communication skills withthe ability to articulate ideas and solutionsclearly.
    3. IndustryKnowledge: Strong understanding of advertising andmarketing concepts preferably with experience in the advertisingagencysector.
    4. Selfdriven:Proven ability to work independently and proactively meeting andexceeding targets.
    5. DatabaseManagement: Must have a personal and updateddatabase for callingpurposes.
    6. Persistence:Demonstrated persistence and resilience in achieving goals andovercomingobjections.
    7. TechSavvy:Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Office and othercommunication tools.
    8. TeamCollaboration: Ability to collaborate with the salesand marketing teams to achieve overall businessobjectives.
