Role & responsibilities

Project & Civil Execution

• Manage end-to-end civil execution for new store openings, renovations, relocations, and extensions.
• Ensure execution as per approved layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors to execute civil works within defined timelines.
• Monitor on-site activities and progress.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors for estimations and scope finalization.
• Validate work orders against approved layouts and agreed scope.
• Physically verify vendor bills and measurements before certification.

Asset & Store Readiness

• Plan and coordinate asset requirements based on store layouts.
• Monitor asset ordering, delivery, and installation.
• Ensure stores are handed over in a business-ready condition.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Business.
• Share daily and periodic status updates with the central team.
• Ensure timely handover of completed outlets to the business team.

Maintenance & Special Projects

• Oversee maintenance activities and ensure closure within defined timelines.
• Handle special projects assigned by management from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from Retail pharmacy with hands on experience in vendor management , project execution and maintenance will be the most preferred. Other retail experienced projects candidates may also be considered.
