    Job Overview

    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts & Store Executive. As an Accounts & Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing both the financial and inventory aspects of our operations. This is a full-time position based in Raurkela, Odisha, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Proven experience in accounting and inventory management
    • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and prepare financial reports
    • Manage the store inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies
    • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
    • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to accounts and store management
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
