- Resolves invoice discrepancies, including purchasing match holds and/or tax variances
- Works as a liaison between accounts payable and Scanning
- Works as a liaison between shared service teams and business units
- Assists vendors with enrolling with third-party for invoice submission
- Assist with deployment of No PO No Pay project
- Monitors holds on a monthly basis and works to identify root cause
- Identifies billing issues with works directly vendor to correct
- Other related duties assigned as needed
