We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The Performance Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven strategies and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• .Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
• Manage campaign budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and monitor performance metrics to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to enhance campaign performance.
• Utilize analytics platforms and attribution models to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
