Role + Responsibilities:

• Defining, improving engineering best practices in the area of backend/cloud/data/ML.
• Building new competencies within teams.
• Oversee effectiveness of upskilling efforts at scale for a large team.
• Occasionally help project teams with solutions architecture, troubleshooting, and technical implementation assistance.
• Help Presales team with solution design, Join Presales calls to consult clients and do tech deep-dive on solutions.
• Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and practiced by large cross-technical teams.

Qualifications:

• At least 12+ yrs of experience in tech roles. At least 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership role (Tech lead and above).
• Experience in building reliable, robust, secure, and high-performance in-production software systems with a large user base.
• Strong understanding of Cloud (Preferably AWS) and hands on exp of large scale cloud native dev, modernization, PaaS etc.
• Strong understanding of data engineering (ETL, Analytics, BI ) etc.
• Proven experience in building competencies and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
