- Strong knowledge of peripheral technologies, including Active Directory, security, and authentication (online and on-premises)
- Strong presentation skills, both prepared and impromptu

- Ability to solve problems independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, including business leadership, technical leadership, and technical engineers
