    • Manage sales team within assigned territory / region, ensuring achievement of monthly & annual targets.
    • Drive sales and business development initiatives in assigned accounts/ channel partner and regions.
    • Drive MOM & YOY sales growth.
    • Lead and develop front line sales team, setting goals and providing necessary support for performance optimization.
    • Acquire additional business verticals, including affinity accounts and rural portfolios.
    • Strengthen existing customer relationships while pursuing additional acquisition opportunities.
    • Execute new acquisition strategies and ensure effective data analysis.
    • Convert accounts by capitalizing on affinity group opportunities and promoting service standards.
    • Coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, & Product Team and Channel Partners.
    • Maintain business trackers and provide regular product related support to the sales team.
    • Cultivate relationships with key personnel, providing insights on industry developments and identifying potential opportunities.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    • Key account management of all accounts within the assigned geography
