- Manage sales team within assigned territory / region, ensuring achievement of monthly & annual targets.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives in assigned accounts/ channel partner and regions.
- Drive MOM & YOY sales growth.
- Lead and develop front line sales team, setting goals and providing necessary support for performance optimization.
- Acquire additional business verticals, including affinity accounts and rural portfolios.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships while pursuing additional acquisition opportunities.
- Execute new acquisition strategies and ensure effective data analysis.
- Convert accounts by capitalizing on affinity group opportunities and promoting service standards.
- Coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, & Product Team and Channel Partners.
- Maintain business trackers and provide regular product related support to the sales team.
- Cultivate relationships with key personnel, providing insights on industry developments and identifying potential opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Key account management of all accounts within the assigned geography
