- Showcasing properties with Site Visits (Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad like Rajendra nagar, Miyapur, Tellapur, Neopolis etc.)
- Regular follow-ups with Clients.
- Managing negotiations.
- Closing sales.
- Achieving Monthly Targets.
- After Sales support.
- Should own a 2/4 wheeler.
- Must be in and around commutable distance to Manikonda.
- 6 to 12 months of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
- Negotiation skills
- Client Relationship Management and excellent Communication skills
- Hyderabad Real Estate Market Analysis and Research skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
