- Develop and manage the overall program plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources, with a deep understanding of how S/4 HANA core modules (e.g., Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Project Systems) impact program deliverables.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various countries to define program objectives and ensure alignment with business goals, considering core S/4 HANA functionalities relevant to each region.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption of S/4 HANA functionalities and minimize disruption.
- Manage the relationship with the implementation partner, ensuring they deliver S/4 HANA functionalities according to the agreed-upon scope and timeline.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal functional teams, fostering a unified approach despite potentially competing needs and priorities related to S/4 HANA implementation.
- Oversee risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the program's success, particularly those related to S/4 HANA configuration and integration.
- Develop and implement a robust process harmonization strategy, considering the unique needs and preferences of different countries, while leveraging core S/4 HANA functionalities for standardization.
- Leverage SuccessFactors knowledge to integrate HR processes seamlessly within the broader S/4 HANA landscape, ensuring alignment with core modules.
- Track program performance against established metrics and KPIs, making adjustments as necessary, with a focus on key S/4 HANA implementation & success factors.
- Prepare comprehensive program reports for senior management, keeping them informed of progress, potential roadblocks, and decisions related to S/4 HANA functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, preferably within a complex, multi-country environment.
- Proven experience in leading E2E ERP implementations, specifically with S/4 HANA.
- Strong working knowledge of core S/4 HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Project Systems).
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors and its integration capabilities with S/4 HANA.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders with diverse needs.
- Experience in process harmonization and change management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Accelerate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-country environment is a significant plus.
