    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent, utilizing a range of channels and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions that align with our business objectives.
    • Source candidates through various means, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, maintaining a strong employer brand.
    • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
    • Proven experience in HR recruitment or a similar role, showcasing expertise in talent acquisition, management, and organizational development.
    • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, to optimize the recruitment process.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.

    Eligibility:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent degree with 4-6 years of industry experience in HR, indicating a high level of expertise and dedication to the field.

    Work Arrangement:
