    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive-FMCG with experience in the Dairy and Beverage industry to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As a Sales Executive-FMCG, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share in the Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu region. This is a full-time position with a focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Dairy and Beverage industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Dairy and Beverage industry
    • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to effectively analyze sales performance
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals
    • Stay updated with industry advancements and attend industry events to network and acquire new leads
    • Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives and promotional materials
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions

    Experience: Min 1 year in Dairy or Beverage industry

    Salary:22k+Variables
