    Description

    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer to help us expand our overseas home furnishing products business. Will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy

    The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities

    Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction as per the companys Business Plan.

    Able to evaluate thetotal value chain, understand manufacturing processes, deep knowledge of product and project costing.

    Lead the business agendaby involving & engaging the competence needed, such as logistics, quality, manufacturing, sustainability, etc.- BDM

    Together with each customer to set the goals and create action plansbased on the business directions that will enhance the full potentials of the business.

    Negotiate with customer and the suppliers

    Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

    Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

    Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

    Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

    Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

    Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    Participate in RFI/RFQ, convert them into business.

    Qualification

    • Economic and finance background, understanding of a company financials, able to work with the cost breakdown.
    • Passion for the business and the end-goal, both will come in handy when cooperating with customers, have to be a strict but fair, solution-oriented person, concentrating energy on fixing all the normal business issues,
    • Will use the art of dealing with people, empathy, and good communication skills, in interacting with your small micro-team and in dealing with customer and many other stakeholders in the whole supply chain,
    • Analytical skills are necessary for working with numbers, when preparing for negotiating prices, or when setting priorities for your work, which is usually high-paced and demanding,
    • Fluency in English(both written and spoken).
    • Should have good computer knowledge i.e. MS Office (Power point, Excel and word), Experience of CRM is an added advantage.

    Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive or a relevant role.
