- Lead and motivate a team of Client Service Representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and implement client service strategies that ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client requirements.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for upselling and cross selling solutions.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver client presentations and reports.
- Manage client service budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client service.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management (relevant industry experience a plus).
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
- Indepth understanding of client service best practices.
- A passion for exceeding client expectations and building successful partnerships.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
