    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team of Client Service Representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
    • Develop and implement client service strategies that ensure exceptional client experiences.
    • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client requirements.
    • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for upselling and cross selling solutions.
    • Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resolving any concerns promptly.
    • Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and deliver client presentations and reports.
    • Manage client service budgets and resources effectively.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client service.
    You will be successful in this role if you have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management (relevant industry experience a plus).
    • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
    • Indepth understanding of client service best practices.
    • A passion for exceeding client expectations and building successful partnerships.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
