    Position: General Manager - Retail

    We are looking for a dynamic GM Retail to lead and manage the operations of our Private Label and Farm Organic brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging material management, strategic planning, and operations execution to achieve our annual business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee retail operations for the Farm Organic brand and private-label products.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
    • Manage packaging material procurement, inventory, and planning to ensure efficient operations.
    • Collaborate with the production, marketing, and sales teams for seamless coordination.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to fine-tune strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and optimize operational performance.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • 12+ years of experience in Retail Operations, preferably in FMCG or Food Sector.
    • Strong knowledge of Private Label operations and packaging material management.
    • Proven experience in brand management, planning, and execution.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with domestic and export retail markets.
