    Description

    Zeno Health is seeking a talented junior Trainer with a strong command of content creation, particularly in E-learning videos, PPT, and document creation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging AI for content creation and delivery, analytical skills for training evaluation, and excel in facilitating training sessions, including webinars. The Junior Trainer will play a vital role in driving the learning and development initiatives of Zeno Health's People and Culture department, contributing to the company's mission of democratizing healthcare in India.

    Required Skill sets (including the qualitative skills)

    1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative E-learning videos, presentations, and documents on product, process, and technical aspects relevant to Zeno Health's operations.

    2. AI Utilization: Utilize AI tools and technologies for content creation, delivery, and optimization to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.

    3. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars, utilizing various instructional techniques and formats to cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.

    4. Facilitation: Facilitate interactive and participatory training sessions, encouraging active engagement and knowledge retention among participants.

    5. Grooming and Development: Support the grooming and development of Service Partners and other stakeholders in Kolkata, ensuring alignment with Zeno Health's mission and values.

    6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.

    Content Creation Efficiency: Increase the average time spent on content creation by leveraging AI tools by 25% within the first quarter.

    Training Effectiveness and Engagement: Increase knowledge retention rates by 15% through the implementation of interactive and participatory training methods by the end of the year.

    Continuous learning and documentation:

    Establish a comprehensive documentation system for training materials and outcomes within the first month.
