    Digital Experience Manager

    Function/ Department: Digital Transformation

    Job Purpose:


    The role entails the responsibility for creating a seamless user experience for interactions in regards to digital transformation journey of the bank.

    The role holder is expected to collaborate with cross functional teams for smooth execution of the project as well as ensure best in class UI/UX services are provided to clients.

    Roles & Responsibilities:


    • Develop the operating plan for the UI/UX team and set goals and KPI's.
    • Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Develop visualisation of screens within a prototype framework and maintain documentation regarding style guidelines.
    • Design well thought-out user experience flows.
    • Report key performance indicators to the senior management.
    • Manage UI/UX support of multiple products in coordination with Product Manager.
    • Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
    • Adhere to the standards set by the bank and ensure consistency.
    • Act as the point of contact for the software development team, to ensure understanding of the product design and expected behaviour.
    • Coordinate, facilitate and execute user testing for both, to gather feedback & to better update designs.
    • Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the team.
    • Facilitate employee training sessions on UI/UX designs, flows etc.
    • Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.
    • Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.
    • Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
