Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Webboombaa, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in performance marketing channels and analytics, you will drive measurable results and ROI across various digital platforms. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, develop tailored strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
• Develop customized performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, budget, and timelines.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

• Manage end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, and more.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative development to drive engagement and conversions.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and achieve client goals.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization techniques to improve landing page performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create compelling landing pages and ad creatives that drive conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
• Provide clients with regular performance updates and actionable insights, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Budget Management:

• Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest potential for ROI.
• Monitor spending and ROI closely, making adjustments as needed to optimize budget allocation and maximize results.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
• Identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
• Certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent are a plus.
