    Project Scope Overview

    The scope for the GTM Lead – DWP is to act a technology enabler inside and act as Intel Technical Evangelist in HCL.

    His or her role is mainly covering technical planning, building joint reference architecture and Solution documents, include appropriate intel product portfolio in solutions offered by HCL to end customers.

    Intel Ecosystem Business Unit is looking to drive growth for the Intel Portfolio through HCL and contribute into the solutions/initiatives from the Technology Partner.

    This role involves providing strong techno-commercial abilities offerings around HCL portfolio Solutions and Services across Intel portfolio to target customers/markets in collaboration with HCL practice teams, Intel Architecture Teams and Sales teams across HCL and Intel.

    Work with Product Management teams across Intel Ecosystem Unit, HCL Practices & Intel to create new market defining technical solutions/stacks/offerings.

    Requisites

    The candidate should have a B.E. or equivalent degree in Electronics/Computer Science. 10+ years of demonstrable experience in technical solutions sales or product management . Solid understanding of key HW and SW trends within Cloud Computing / Digital /AI would be an added advantage

    Candidate needs to be able to integrate technical, business, market and environmental conditions into a compelling solution that meets the needs of customer.

    Desired Skills and attributes for success

    Work with Sales and Technology teams to identify and qualify new technology solutions and offerings, to identify key customer technical objections and to develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to business transactions.

    Work with HCL technology practice teams to define new technology/offerings relevant in market leveraging Intel portfolio in Telecom Domain

    Create and collate content for proposals/ Bid Support.

    Create and maintain knowledge artifacts/ Bid Support.

    Responsible to establish and grow business and technical relationships and managing the day-to-day interactions with customers, partners and internal sales teams.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    Engage with various Sales/pre-sales/ Solution architecture teams (across verticals) in HCL to enable them with latest Intel/other semiconductor other corresponding Cloud and DC Technologies – and ensure the product is being designed.

    Product / Solution roadmap , marketing and enablement etc. needs to be created for success.

    Business metrics need to be achieved based on Product / solution's goals. This includes revenue goals & product / solution roadmaps etc.

    Enable discussions with Solution architecture teams working on various customer opportunities and define solution reference architecture (based on Intel recommended guidelines) etc

    To qualify for the role, applicant must have:

    10+ years over all work experience plus experience with primarily a business management degree from a TOP management school.

    Product Management with Technical skills is preferred- and interest in managing the solution as a product with marketing , roadmap and sales / business development exposure is preferred.

    Ability to work in a Matrix Organization.

    Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.

    Masters / Business Management degree with technical degree – and one who intends to be a product manager is preferred.

    Very high energy level with a positive disposition. A self-starter who is customer focused.

    Ability to quickly learn, multi-task and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, initiative, collaboration, and creativity.
