accessible to both members and guests, delivering a unique blend of recreation, wellness, and fine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present all Continental dishes according to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs in daily operations and skill development.
- Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service and maintain an organized work environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage portion control and minimize wastage to achieve food cost targets.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to create innovative dishes and seasonal menus.
- Monitor kitchen equipment functionality and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain proper stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering.
- Adhere to food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures (FIFO).
- Ensure full compliance with
HACCP
and internal food safety standards. - Maintain effective communication and coordination between kitchen and service teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in
Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
. - 3–6years
of experience in a similar role within a
4 or 5-star hotel
or premium restaurant. - Strong command over
Continental and Mexican cuisines
— including grills, sauces, pastas, salads, and soups. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Passionate about culinary arts, innovation, and presentation.
- Knowledge of
kitchen hygiene and safety protocols
.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month
