Description

• Need to play the BA role on customer's support central project.
• Need to work closely with internal and external SRE + DevOps stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Need to create use cases and functional specs. These use cases need to be well documented, converted to Jira stories, and tracked to closure.
• Need to create the product plan and execute the plan. Need to ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards a common goal.
• Work very closely with the dev team, and make sure team has a robust backlog of requirements to work on.
• Make sure timely status reports of product development, is sent to stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Total experience of not less than 10 years, out of which minimum 2 + years of BA experience.
• Better to have a minimum of 2 years of product management experience.
• IT development experience for 3-4 years is desired.
• Exposure to SRE or Devops projects is desired.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
