Objective:At Office BEACON we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer totransform conceptsand ideas into visually compelling representations both in printand electronicmedia. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in current designsoftware excellingin every step of the design process from concept to finaldeliverable. Thisrole involves collaborating with various teams across the companycreating designsthat effectively communicate written ideas and align with brandingand marketingstrategies.

Responsibilities:Work on a varietyof projects and media utilizing design software to createinnovative graphicdesigns that align with business goals.
Obtain input frommanagers to ensure designs meet organizational standardsbrand expectationsand accurately express ideas.
Work independentlyand collaboratively with team leaders to meet deadlines.
Evaluate existingprocesses identify flaws and propose solutions to enhancedesigncapabilities.
Develop designconcepts using software execute original content anddetermine the idealuse of color text font style imagery and layout.
Manage the designand uploading process for all project materials.

MustHaves:Minimum 1 year ofexperience working on Photoshop & Illustrator.
Proficient inEnglish communication as the role involves interaction with UScustomers.
Onboardingscheduled for 12th February.
Local candidatesonly. Willingnessto work 5 days a week from the office.
Comfortable workingin US Shift (6:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).

RequiredSkills and Qualifications:Exceptionalcreativity and innovative design skills.
Minimum of one yearof experience with design software including Illustrator&Photoshop. Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills to meet deadlines in afastpacedenvironment. Desireto continue building skill set through training.
