    About The Role


    Neuron is on the hunt for enthusiastic and driven Data Science Interns to join our team for a transformative few months.

    This internship is crafted for bright minds fresh out of college, eager to apply and expand their academic knowledge in a real-world tech environment.


    As a Data Science Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work in our Data Engineering and Science team, contributing to projects that leverage real-time data and AI to improve connectivity solutions globally.


    This role is a unique chance to dive into the world of data science, with the potential to secure a full-time position at Neuron, a leader in connectivity management platforms.

    What You'll Do

    Data Analysis:

    Assist in analysing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions and product development.


    Model Development:

    Contribute to the development and refinement of machine learning models, utilising your Python skills to manipulate data and implement algorithms.


    Problem Solving:
    Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges, working towards actionable solutions.

    Learning and Collaboration:

    Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance your data science knowledge, while collaborating with a team of experts in a dynamic, supportive environment.


    Innovation Contribution:

    Participate in projects aimed at enhancing Neuron's AI-driven and data-driven decision-making capabilities, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in connectivity solutions.


    Skills Enhancement:

    Take advantage of mentorship from senior team members to improve your technical skills, including Python programming, data analysis, and machine learning.

    What You'll Need

    Education:
    Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

    Python Skills:
    Good understanding of Python, with the ability to apply it effectively in data analysis and modelling tasks.

    Analytical Thinking:
    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for breaking down complex data problems.

    Eagerness to Learn:

    A passion for data science and a relentless drive to learn more about the field, staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.


    Data Structures and Algorithms:

    Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms (DSA), which will be considered a plus, aiding in efficient problem solving and algorithm design.


    Collaborative Spirit:
    Ability to work well within a team, contributing positively to the collaborative efforts of the group.
