1. PrintMaterialManagement:

• Collaboratewith internal teams to understand print material requirements forvarious projects.
• Source and evaluate printingvendors negotiate contracts and managerelationships.
• Ensure timely delivery ofhighquality print materials while adhering to project deadlines andbudget constraints.
• Monitor and maintaininventory levels of print materials to prevent shortages orexcess.

1. Packaging Designand Development:

• Lead thedesign and development of innovative packaging solutions that alignwith brand identity and productrequirements.
• Work closely with design teams tocreate packaging prototypes and samples for review andapproval.
• Conduct thorough testing andevaluation of packaging materials to ensure durabilityfunctionality and compliance with industry standards andregulations.
• Optimize packaging designs forcost efficiency and environmentalsustainability.

1. ProductionOversight:

• Coordinate withproduction facilities to implement print and packaging processesefficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections atvarious stages of production to identify and resolve any issuespromptly.
• Monitor production schedules andworkflows to minimize delays and maximizeproductivity.
• Implement continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness ofprint and packagingoperations.

1. Compliance andSustainability:

• Stayupdated on industry trends regulations and best practices relatedto print and packaging.
• Ensure compliance withrelevant regulations such as safety standards labeling requirementsand environmental regulations.
• Championsustainability efforts by recommending ecofriendly materials andprocesses and minimizing wastegeneration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design Packaging Engineering Printing Technologyor a related field.
• Proven 1 Year experience inprint production packaging design or a similar role within theprint and packaging industry.
• Indepth knowledgeof printing processes materials andtechniques.
• Proficiency in graphic designsoftware (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strongproject management skills with the ability to multitask andprioritize effectively.
• Excellent Englishcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment todelivering highquality results.
• Knowledge ofsustainability principles and practices in print and packaging is aplus.
