• Experience in Managing and maintaining several Tanium Tenants and the deployment of the licensed technologies

• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to maintain and optimize our platforms and ensure they align with our security standards
• Review system performance and efficiency; conduct bottleneck evaluation to identify performance issues and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Perform activities related to install, configuration, and management of traditional and cloud patching as it relates to Tanium, Azure, AWS and VMware Platforms
• Interact with company personnel at all levels and across all business units to comprehend business imperatives; strong customer / client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, to provide a superior experience and build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to provide and acquire information and to build consensus regarding project direction.

• MS patching Patching via Tanium tool Vulnerability management Deploying KBs via Tanium
• Knowledge of multiple modules in Tanium
• Troubleshooting client logs for application deployments Application 2012 model features and configuration Reporting using SCCM Creating queries in SCCM Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
• Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation
• Analyze optimize and integrate applications and services Tier III support with in depth knowledge of desktop application troubleshooting
• Leads research and develop new technology tools and scripts to support desktop computing and the end user desktop experience
• Extensive hands on experience automating processes through scripting using VBScript PowerShell and batch scripting and thorough understanding of Active Directory including replication GPO and DNS
Must have skills :
• Should have total 3- 5 years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on and management experience specific endpoint security tools: Tanium.
• Professional experience as a Security Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or Network Engineer; familiarity with at least one other discipline, and interest in growing in the remaining disciplines
• Experience monitoring and patching a broad array of Windows/Mac/Linux endpoints including third party software, configurations and troubleshooting.
• Experience monitoring the operational/performance status of networks communications to/from endpoints as well as troubleshooting.
• Experience with operating system command-line utilities as well as PowerShell, VBScript, Shell Scripting and or Python.
• Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern engineering team.
• Hands-on and management experience specific endpoint security and patching tools.
• Experience with physical/virtual infrastructure, network, or security troubleshooting and remediation.
• Experience installing, patching and upgrading applications and performing system maintenance.
• Experience on delivering a service and providing recommendations on Strategy and process design for continuous enhancement and deliverability.
• Experience with ITIL best practices with Incident, Problem, Release, and Change Management within ServiceNow or other ITSM systems.
