    What you will be doing

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier leadership and sales talent.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, online job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and share insights with the team.

    What you bring:

    • 6+ years of experience in Recruitment where, minimum 3+ years in recruiting leadership and sales professionals, preferably in IT Industry
    • Proven track record of successfully filling leadership and sales positions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, Passive sourcing techniques, Head hunting and social media hiring.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
