Hierarchy and interactions

Missions
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile frameworks and the use thereof
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, supporting the teams in achieving sprint goals
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams implement changes effectively
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Encourage self-management and cross-functional collaboration within teams.
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
Requirements and Skills
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
Technical skills & qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• Scrum master certification is a plus (CSM, PSM or similar)
Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
