Blue5Green (A Global Salesforce Implementation Organization) is urgently looking for Senior Salesforce developers who has played key roles in large Salesforce implementations.

Should have experience with designing and developing custom solutions using Salesforce and NOT just using out-of-box features. Should have the knowledge to design and implement complex systems. Having Salesforce DevOps experience would be a bonus, but not mandatory.

Work Timings – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Should be able to interact with clients and gather requirementsUse Lightning (Aura, LWC) and Apex to create unique client-based solutionsIntegrate Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange appsShould have a deep understanding of the Salesforce security modelShould be able to analyze and document existing complex custom processes and propose options for streamlining existing code if necessaryShould be able to handle change requests related to heavily customized pages that uses client side scripting like jQuery and Angular JSShould be able to work in a fast-paced Agile environment

Required education and/or experience:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5-8 years of development-related experience in the Salesforce ecosystemMUST HAVE PD1 certification

Technical SkillsDevelopment experience with Lightning, Apex and Visualforce is requiredStrong knowledge of building customized reports is requiredPrior experience in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deploymentStrong technical design skills and an ability to deliver client driven solutionsRequires familiarity with UI technologies like JQuery and Angular JSStrong understanding of API based integrationsAbility to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environmentBe able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiencesBuild rapport and develop effective working relationships with clientsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is requiredPossess strong organizational and time management skillsBe a creative and analytical thinkerExperience with Salesforce DevOps and architecture, good to have

Soft skillsExcellent command of the English languageGreat communication and collaboration skillsExpected to interface with Business Users for requirements analysis, training, support, etc.
