    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Maintenance Executive/Incharge for a 4 Star Hotel in Guruvayur and for a leading luxury resort in Munnar. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in maintenance. As a Maintenance Executive/Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities. This is a Full-Time position based in Guruvayur, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Executive/Incharge
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and systems
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
    • Good communication and leadership skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Knowledge of safety and health regulations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures
    • Overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities
    • Managing and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
    • Performing regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
    • Should have knowledge about DG System and basic maintenance
