Candidates will be part of the Professional Services team andwork as an Implementation SpecialistWho isan Implementation SpecialistWhen a clientpurchases a new hardware or software system from us the salesrepresentative who sold it to them moves on to the next client.That s where an Implementation Specialist comes in. ImplementationSpecialists use their technical knowledge to install monitor andcustomize systems for our clients after the initial purchase hasalready taken place.To accomplish this youwill talk with our clients customize features define objectives anddeliver training sessions. Essentially you ensure that a clientdoesnt just buy our product but has a positive experience with ittoo.You will typically report to higherlevelmember of staff such as an project Manager or ImplementationManager while working with a small team of other ImplementationSpecialists. Although you will spend most of your time in an officeenvironment you may also need to travel in order to meet withclients.IndustryExperiencei tsProfessional Services team with someone having specific industryexperience within the IT arena having previously worked with onprojects in Data management space for asset types like EquitiesBonds FX Futures Forwards Options Swaps Volatilities Credit Curvesand Commodities with client facingexposure.Domain experience in Assetmanagement Custody Hedge fund Pension Fund Risk would bepreferred.KeyDeliverables

• Producesdetailed lowlevel designs from high level design specifications forcomponents of lowlevel complexity.
• Developsbuilds and unit tests components from detailed lowleveldesigns.
• Carries out unit testing on owndeveloped code developing test harnesses ifnecessary.
• Applies all relevant standards andprocedures to own work
• Accurately records owntime and accurately reports progress on ownwork.
• Complies with all confidentiality andnondisclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security ofinformation at alltimes.

RequiredSkillsets

• Goodin Object Oriented Programming concepts and datastructures.
• Core JAVA and orRDBMS
• UNIX/LINUX usage scripting knowledgewould be an added advantage.
• With a newrequirement from the client one would be working on Oracle Pl/SQLSQL Shell Scripting Unix/Linux JavaPython.

Desirableskills

• Strongunderstanding of J2EE concepts and experience of either JBOSS orWeblogic including clustering andtuning
• Queuing technologies including Kafka MQSolace
• Scripting including Python Unixjava
• Hands on knowledge of Dev ops processesand tools including testautomation
