    Brand Alliance & Partnership - Lead | Growth

    Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

    Job Type: Full-time, On-site

    Candidates from the Media or Advertising industry are preferred, rest will not be considered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the digital marketing and advertising industry.
    • Generate leads and convert them into profitable client engagements, including digital campaigns, TVC, DVC, and video projects.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for account expansion.
    • Develop and execute innovative strategies to secure brand partnerships and collaborations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.
    • Prepare and present compelling pitches and proposals to clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and unique selling points.
    • Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and client acquisition metrics.
    • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency by fostering a positive and high-performance business culture.
    • Strategy execution for GTM of new services such as creative campaigns, IP's etc.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven track record in business development, brand partnerships, or sales within the advertising, marketing, or media industry.
    • 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Development and Strategic Partnership
    • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and branding trends.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Prior experience in the video production industry or agency environment is a plus.
